This is me: I am a German-Spanish citizen who grew up internationally. My father worked for a multinational and I was fortunate enough to live in different countries as a child, from Brazil to Iran. This cosmopolitan attitude qualifies me to be an agile project manager in ever-changing corporate contexts.
As a result, I excel at acting as strategic sparring partner in the area of marketing, sales & communication, I advise top management leveraging my ability to evaluate developments and trends from a bird’s eye perspective. In doing so, I cover everything from standard restructuring and change projects through the development of brand strategies to group-wide rollouts.
As Interim Manager for Marketing & Communications, I enable these functions to meet the challenges of digital transformation.
About Me
My two nationalities, the German and Spanish nationality, are the two cultures that have impacted me the most. I am a strategic thinker, a very well-organized individual and I possess both passion and emotionality. This makes life and projects exciting.
I grew up in different countries on different continents. Professionally, my path has also led me to work abroad, for example to India, UK, Switzerland or the USA.
Change and new departures to me are opportunities and present the chance to further one’s development. This duality is a guiding theme in my life. Mobility, agility and adapting quickly to new circumstances are part of my DNA.
I am very familiar with complex organizations. I have actively helped to shape and accompany cultural change and turnaround by crafting effective communication measures. I served a multinational manufacturing company for more 10 years, holding various marketing and communications roles at Group Headquarters and various national entities, most recently as Head of Strategy and Branding for the Europe Region and for the implementation of the Group-wide branding.
For the past 7 years, I use my experiences in a wide variety of consulting projects and interim mandates and thus have the opportunity to combine the best of different industries.
My academic background: I studied Political Science, Economics and Law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and completed a Postgraduate degree in International Relations at the Universidad Complutense Madrid. This was followed by an MBA with a focus on Change, Leadership and Communications. As of this year, I will deepen my knowledge in the field of Luxury Management within the framework of an EMBA.
